The Float into the Clouds team is helping a client condense 15 different case submission forms into one. This will make it easier for users by allowing them to only have to remember one URL. And for the agents, the Float into the Clouds team is updating the form to include all the relevant fields in the one form.
That way the agents get the information they need when they first view the case (presently they have to exchange multiple emails). Another exciting project enhancing the Salesforce experience!
